We are an executive search consultancy who specialises in executive and senior managerial appointments. We work on a retained basis with our clients and don’t work in quite the same way that a contingency, CV based recruitment agency will operate.

We operate predominantly across South Wales, South West and South Coast of England and have extensive experience in the following sectors :- Aerospace & Defence, Electronics, Automotive, Medical Devices, Advanced Materials, Metals, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Print, Digital & Events
We have undertaken varied C-Suite, Director & VP appointments, including opportunities for CEO, MD, GM, Site Director, Business Unit Director, Plant Manager, VP Sales, VP Engineering as well as other senior level roles within Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR and Supply Chain Management.
If you wish to submit a CV and an outline brief on the type of role you are seeking then we will retain your details in confidence. We’ll discretely contact you as soon as we have an assignment opportunity that matches your skills, experience and aspirations.
Please complete the contact form and upload an electronic version of your CV in strict confidence.

For many individuals, coming to terms with a redundancy situation, having your position deemed to be “at risk” or negotiating an exit is to say the least, an unsettling position to be in.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us as early as possible and in strict confidence. Employers are often prepared to cover the cost of a tailored programme of support for you, but you might find it easier to secure funding for this whilst you are still negotiating the terms of your overall redundancy settlement.

As an indicator, typical topics might include support on managing the psychological effects around transition, practical steps & signposting, CV preparation/review, Linkedin profile development, career advice & direction, modern job search strategies, use of social media, seeking opportunities & job applications, effective networking, interim/short term strategies, career change options, consultancy/start -up, employer selection methods and personal interview coaching.
A professional, well-written executive CV is a crucial element in securing your next career role. Opinions and ideas are often divided on the content and layout of a professional CV, but the emphasis must always be on showcasing your skills and experience in such a way that encourages the hiring manager to invite you for an interview.
Producing a professionally written CV is a collaborative process. Upon engagement, we’d normally suggest a Microsoft Teams call to understand more about your experience, achievement and future intentions in order to provide a tailored service that ensures that we work with you on every aspect of your new CV.
We aim to produce a finished executive CV within 7 working days from us agreeing to work together.
LinkedIn is a hugely powerful marketing tool for an executive seeking their next career move. A well-written profile allows you to showcase your experience, qualifications, professional memberships, voluntary activities and personal interests from a different perspective than your CV. We work with existing clients on adapting the content of their new executive CV for use with their LinkedIn profile and most importantly in ensuring consistency of content. You’d be surprised at the number of executives and senior managers who fail to recognise discrepancies between the LinkedIn profile and their CV!
Having secured the invitation from the hiring manager for the role, the next step is usually the interview. We have 25+ years’ experience of interviewing senior level candidates & executives; predominantly these are with those who we “long list” as part of the executive search & selection process in recommending the “short list”, but we have also conducted numerous interviews alongside the hiring client that involve exercises and assessment activities, through to panel interviews, presentations and of course the more conventional interview format.
We assist individuals to perform more effectively and increase their chances of being appointed to their ideal role, through detailed preparation, rehearsals and scenario work that is designed to improve confidence and performance on the day!
As you’d expect we’d normally start with a Microsoft Teams call to “get to know each other” and importantly to understand more about the role that you are interviewing for. We’ll often utilise the job description and person specification that you have received for a role to support the session, but we’ll also take the opportunity to obtain an overview of your experiences, achievement and fit.
We appreciate that each person has different needs, circumstances and skills for requesting interview coaching. It may be many years since you last had an interview, or possibly you have been used to “sitting on the other side of the table” and now find yourself in an unfamiliar situation.
In any event, we will tailor the emphasis of the support to fit with your requirements and provide you with the coaching and guidance that’s required. We’ll ask you to consider the employers’ perspective, provide insight into selection techniques and also cover areas such as personal presentation & body language, typical & tough interview questions, guidance on answering competency questions and if appropriate provide insight into how to better handle assessment centres, panel interviews and psychometrics.
We’ll also provide guidance around negotiating & accepting the offer as well as support if things don’t quite go to plan including how to handle rejections, remain positive and keep on track.
